- 4 tsp cardamom ground
- 4 tsp allspice ground
- 4 tsp nutmeg freshly grated
- 8 tsp cinnamon ground
- 4 tsp cloves ground
- 12 tsp ginger ground
- 2 each naval oranges cleaned and peel removed
Thoroughly clean oranges and dry. Carefully remove peel from oranges, eliminating the white pith close to the peel, and place in a still oven (no heat), for 2-3 days until peels are completely dried out.
Using a spice grinder, add peels and pulverize until a powder.
Combine all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container and use in your favorite baked applications.
